SOUND BATH MEDITATION

This multi-sensory holistic practice combines breathing techniques and immersive soundscapes to promote relaxation, connection, healing, rejuvenation and transformation.

 

Participants typically begin by focusing on their breath, using techniques like deep belly breathing or rhythmic patterns to calm the mind and increase oxygen flow. During this practice you will be guided through a visualization meditation while lying down and enveloped in soothing sounds produced by instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, oceanic drums, tuning forks and shakers.

Using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), we’ll gently explore and shift the emotional patterns or beliefs that may be keeping you stuck—so you can move forward with greater clarity, ease, and self-trust.
